Art by Melissa Harris Whilst shoveling out my rat’s nest cleaning my desk, I found a card from K, a regular client. The print on the front is awesome, and on the inside, K. writes “I send warm wishes for your well being and for an inspired reading!” How lovely.

On the phone, she cried when I told her my kitty died. Not that I like making people cry, but I knew she completely understands the bond between cat and cat person. K, if you’re reading, thank you for being so wonderful, and for brightening several of my days with your great card.

p.s. the cat in the card looks like my Rudy, who was, for a way too short time in the mid 90s, my feline main squeeze. Rudy was awesome. Checking out the artist’s site, I see she is also a lover of cats and astrology.
